General Health & Safety Practices

Pfaff’s all-new Limited Contact Service minimizes physical interaction leveraging technology and revised processes allowing us to continue to keep our service departments active while addressing your concerns about health and safety. A Health & Safety Committee has been established in each dealership to identify all risks and create standard operating procedures.

Record Keeping

All of our employees notify their manager if they have symptoms of any illness before the start of their shift. There is also a mandatory screening in place before each shift to ensure they are not displaying any symptoms (This includes a temperature check).

Personal Sanitization

All of our employees sanitize and disinfect surfaces throughout the day at a prescribed interval (at 10 past the hour, every hour for example). The following surfaces include mobile devices, desk surfaces, beverage machines, and others.

Vehicle Disinfection Procedures

We take great care and attention to detail to disinfect your vehicle. Our employees always use and dispose of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. The exterior is thoroughly washed and interior surfaces are washed paying special attention to areas that are touched frequently with your hands. All microfibres are properly disposed and steering wheel and gearshift covers are installed.

Service Vehicle Drop-off Procedures

When you arrive at our dealership you’re greeted by a Service Assistant outside the dealership, wearing personal protective equipment to check you in. Our Service Advisor will call you to walk through your appointment details and to finalize paperwork foregoing a signature on the work order.

Vehicle Pick-up

When you arrive, a service assistant will bring out your fully disinfected keys, paperwork (left on the passenger seat face down), and credit card machine. Any questions can be answered by our advisor by phone. We also offer mobile payment and TD Merchant portals, which allow the customer to pay online or over the phone. Invoices will be sent electronically.

Sales Experience

Find your vehicle in our new or pre-owned inventories. Fill in a vehicle information request on the McLaren you have chosen, or call us. We will then reach out to you via your preferred method of contact. A salesperson will perform a virtual walk around and the vehicle will be delivered to you should you wish to test drive the vehicle. All paperwork and payment will be processed remotely. Your vehicle will be completely sanitized and then delivered to you by covered transport.
